  1. >Posole: I just learned how to make this last year from the Mexican ladies at our church. They serve it with shredded cabbage. This has become one of our favorite soups. Like you, I think it's better on day two, so I sneak around and make it after dinner. It IS one of those really easy soups to make, so making it about 8 o'clock means it's all ready for dinner the next night.
