My friend Doug Lucchetti turned me on to this piece from real food.org. It’s an excellent read. Any topic as important and emotionally charged is GMOs is deserves as much information and educated perspective as one can find.

Ummm. Actually, there are many, many side-blow issues with genetically engineered crops that are glossed over in that article. F’rinstance, massive die-off of monarch butterflies because of GE corn with toxic pollen, massive numbers of weeds that are becoming resistant to toxins (just like antibiotic-overuse causing superbugs), problems in neonates and fetuses caused by exposure to pesticides in food, both absorbed directly and through parental exposure)…lots more, too. http://www.responsibletechnology.org/gmo-dangers
and lots more websites, of course…
