Time & Tide Fishline Benefit

Please join Time & Tide (Simon ffitch, Becky ffitch, and my wonderful Sis, Ann Lovejoy), for a benefit lunch on Saturday, January 28 from 11:30 – 2:30 at Gateway Church in Poulsbo.

This delicious special event benefits
Poulsbo’s Fishline programs (see below).

Time & Tide will play their usual
selection of gospel, folk, old timey music and songs of the sea from
12-2 while folks enjoy warm bread and T&C’s homemade soups in
handpainted bowls you get to keep.

Such a deal! The suggested donation
is $15, which goes to support all of FIshline’s good works. Hope to
see you there!

Please pass this along to anybody you know who might be interested,
and thanks for supporting a good cause.

Here’s how to get there:

Happy 2012, Y’all

Drop the last year into the silent limbo of the past. Let it go, for it was imperfect, and thank God that it can go.”
~ Brooks Atkinson

Well, as we sweep the crumbs of 2011 from ‘neath the table, M & I wish y’all a year of peace and prosperity.

This year was a mixed bag for us, yet as always, there is much to be thankful for; this opportunity to share our passion with y’all certainly not the least!

We are excited about the new year, so stay tuned and keep cookin’!

Thank You, Team Shipp!

Wow, what a blast!

M and I joined Shannon and Cherie Shipp, son John, a crew of Brankins and some wonderful friends and musicians last night.

There were three chilis; Texas Red, Green chile chicken, and vegetarian, as well as two kinds of cornbread, and some incredible sweets turned out by Joe, who also had his blues guitar chops down just fine!

After dinner, there was some fabulous music indeed! I recorded a little, but sure wish I had it all down – it was one of those rare, perfect evenings in every regard. You can check out the Brankins doin’ it right on my Facebook page.

HUGE thanks, gang!
