  1. OK, finally did the green chile sauce. Wonderful! I grilled all the veggies, blended them using just a bit of water, and slathered over some grilled chunks of chicken breast. We had some grilled tomatoes on the side. Then, since the grill was hot, I did some jalapenos. After we chowed down the chicken-chile, there were still some tomatoes left. So I put all the leftovers (tomatoes, some onion, garlic) in the blender with the jalapenos and made a killer hot sauce that we had on bison burgers the following night.
    Thanks for letting me see how easy this is to do. The perfect (and easy) way to cook when it’s hot out and you have lots of good veggies available.
